I've lived here for about a year now and I haven't had any extreme problems. When I first moved in people didn't pick up after thier dogs, but after a notice was sent out it improved a lot. The people above us have a big dog, and I could hear it barking and making a lot of noise (sounded like a bowling alley). I haven't heard it lately though. Make sure you're prepared when maintence comes because I had a guy walk into my room when I was taking a nap. He barely knocked and just walked in before I could stop him. Other than that, I haven't never felt uunsafe or anything. Parking is never a problem for me at my building unless it's late at night, but even then I've never had to park too far. Overall, it was a good experience and I would recommened living here.
