I love my apartment - it is nice and spacious. However, after having lived in several luxury apartments - I have never experienced the low-life behavior of residents. The property is consumed with college students who party to all hours of the night - cursing loudly and burning rubber in their cars in the parking lot.

I was awaken a couple of weeks ago - to a young couple screaming and running from their garage where smoke was bellowing out from it. Obviously from cooking crystal meth. The scene that followed was like watching a movie - with the girl unclothed wearing only a thong chasing after the boyfriend after recuperating from the smoke inhalation - while I as well as other neighbors watched in disbelief.

The police finally came - and of course they were able to cover up the mess. It is really unbelievable what goes on here. I used to call the police and follow-up with a call to management the next morning - but nothing ever changes.

We once had a kid drunk out of his mind - to ram through the parking lot tearing up several vehicles in the process - then running from the scene.

As I stated - I have never experience apartment life like this.

The staff is nice and friendly - but not effective in dealing with these rowdy residents. So I have decided to suffer through my lease and move at the end of it.

Management does not seem to get overly concerned about anything other than money issues.

You have to understand that the number one concern for managment is how to make more money... its called business!

Wow... making crystal meth in the Villas. That's seems like you are making assumptions. I'm not so sure I believe that part of your review. College students and noise I do believe and understand, since it is about 2 minutes away from Kennesaw State.
