I've lived at the Villas since November 2005 and I'm the first person to live in my apartment. I love it. The staff is so friendly and I've never had a problem getting maintenance requests done. Although I was a college student when I moved in, I don't like to live near college students because they are usually loud. But, I have had no problems with noise here. It's still a very quiet community. I love it. Some people have wrote comments about the staff being dumb--they aren't dumb. They are nice and I've had no problems with them. There were also comments about how many college students live here. KSU is less than a mile away, of course college students are going to live here! But, it's a great community and I love it.
