a shooting, a double murder, and cars repetedly broken into. do not move in here. further you have to deal with management constantly threatening to kick you out for the actions of others. If you move in here you will have to deal with management continually sending out blanket letters threatening to kick you (and everyone else) out due to dog waste. under thirty and your neighbors have a party or complain about noise, it's automatically your fault. kennesaw students be ware you are not wanted here, several students I have known in the apartment have been harassed numerous time by management for the actions of others.

If you are over 50 and have no kids, have no social life and rarely leave your apartment, do not have a pet, or wake up every morning looking forward to being bitched out for the actions of others or simply love being constantly harassed by management on a power trip, you will love it here.

I have lived here a year, and the murder/SUICIDE was a domestic issue, not result of a break-in or anything that is a security issue. I am 23, and I have had NO problems with management as far as threats or being blamed for noise complaints that I wasn't responsible for. Note to author: Maybe you are being blamed because there is (hint hint) a PATTERN!

Most people who are singled out by managment are probably just bitter because they cannot afford to live in a place as nice as the Villas.

Actually the poster is correct about the crime AND the blanket letters they send you over everything.. Although as a resident one will appreciate the communication, it can get to a wtf level when you know it has nothing to do with you. He is right... if you own a pet = you are the problem with all pet litter everywhere. If you are under 50 = you are the problem with all noise. They really have no clue who is doing what. They just target people that profile at random
