I have live in the Villas for a few months now and I love this place. The kitchen is modern and the fixtures are nice. Maintenance is quick to fix a problem and the staff are nice. This is a college area and this complex carries many college kids. Good or bad(whatever your looking for) My only complaint is that this complex has lots of dogs. I can hear my neighbors dog bark and it's really annoying. This is dog heaven, I never seen so many tenants with dogs in my life. Besides that, I would recommend Villas of Kennesaw, the best deal in town!
