I am a previous resident at VaK. I get a notification every time a comment is posted about the community. I find it EXTREMELY weird that every single time a negative comment (especially about the staff) is posted a raving review is given (especially about the staff).
The staff at VaK is HORRIBLE, except for the maintenance people. The office staff is rude, inconsiderate, belittling, and overall uncaring. The maintenance staff, on the other hand, is GREAT. Maybe the office staff should follow the example of the maintenance group.
I am anxiously awaiting the next post saying how awesome the staff is. Whichever staff member types it, make sure to put your name in the post.....
