Do yourself a favor and just leave before you sign anything. If you like to deal with people with single digit IQs, do get a lease there. Our list of complaints would fill up a multivolume novel, but it is just not worth the time to even list half. If you are not convinced just speak with anyone that lives there, they all share similar experiences - none are good.
