I allowed my daughter to move in here thinking it was a safe place. The apartments themselves were nice but must agree with previous reviews...if you don't make a complete first look, they will charge you for things that were left from the previous renter and never fix it. My biggest complaint is the office staff...they must all have a training book for rudeness. No matter what reason we had to contact the office, we were always treated rudely. When asked for a copy of our rental contract, we were told we did not need it...when we pushed for it, the Assistant Mgr. became quite beligerant. I am so glad to be out of that place.

We are sorry to hear you had a bad experience. I remember you and personally did deliver a copy of your lease on your door. You were upset because of the fees you had to pay and we insisted on having you take a look at your lease agreement. Again we apologize for the misunderstanding. We do strive to provide excellent customer service but we also have policies and guidelines we must follow.

Your guidelines are rudeness, attempts to deceive you didn't receive payment on whatever item and yes, you do charge for anything and everything. btw, would you mind MOVING that ugly SEMI TRAILER off the parking lot already? You have had it parked there on and off for 8 months now. That rust bucket speaks volume of your "excellence"
