They kept sending us noise notices even after we complained about the people above us who were making it while being half naked on the balcony at all hours of the night. Then they threatened to not renew the lease, the month before it expired.. uhm ya know I put the move out request 60 days before, why bother sending nasty letters after the fact' shows how much they know what is going on. If you have children there is only 1 playground and that is on the other end of the lot. You need to drive your kids there! Not family oriented, caters to wanna be upscale college drunkards and their frat buddies.

That is not true. I am a resident there and two of the University Professors are my next door neighbors. As in any apartment community there is noise but the office staff can't be held accountable, especially when they did send the noise letters. As for a letter about non renewing, I worked in this industry and if we do not send out a letter it is our fault. People are never satisfied. Look at the glass half full. The maintnance team is the Best I have ever seen, the grounds are beautiful, the staff in the office is always great to me and my roomates.
