I wanted to write about the office staff at the Villas. There are several very rude individuals in the office who act like you re a hindrance if you ask them for anything. The only person I have never had attitude from, that will take care of the residents is a girl named Wendy. She is always cheerful, bright and helpful.
If you live there and need ANYTHING, do not ask anyone else in the office. The manager & assistant manager both seem to live in their own little worlds and are too busy socializing with each other to care about who walks in the door. And they don't seem to care about the residents needs!
I will ONLY go to that one person. Not happy with any of the other staff! They are all rude, inconsiderate & not helpful. Will be moving out in April & CAN T WAIT!
