The apartments at Villas at Kennesaw, sound nicer than they are. The walls are textured not smooth (they tell you it is more expensive to have it textured and not smooth) textured is cheaper. Watch the floors there are alot of debris left under carpet and linoleum. Make sure you do not feel it because it gets annoying and painful. Major problem forcing the tenants to clean up after their pets. They do not like to repair anything and when they do it is a cheap easy way out. Very unreliable on processing rent. Atleast 30 people I talked to and asked if they are having any or all of the same issues and 29 of those had the same issues if not more. Property manager acts nice as long as things are going his way. When they dont then the manager is very hateful. Also one if the associates enjoys talking to other apartment complexes about specific names and share personal confidential information. Watch the walls you will see some small circles from the sheetrock was not hung properly.

Do you have nothing to do but to sit there and feel your walls? Seriously... My walls are fine and dont have the walls in my apartment are nice and smooth and don't have "SOME SMALL CIRCLES". Please...
