rude, condescending and criminal sums it up. somebody else brought up how often they send notices that you owe something when you in fact don't. are they trying to steal and pocket for themselves with this nonsense' somebody should just pay them and see if they credit the "extra" funds you gave them then report them to the BBB. i've lived in far more upscale and trashier places, and nowhere have i been asked every 2-3 months to pay extra after they already withdrew what was owed according to the lease from my account. after you point that out to them they drop the issue but become downright HOSTILE. are you mad you didnt get extra personal money or something' your gig is up girls, you are doing it to far too many people now.

between that and rude office attitude, i won't be renewing my lease at the end of the year.

the backyard of building 4 is still ridden with animal feces. smells nice.

I live in building-4 and total disaggre. My backyard and patio is an oasis and most people do clean up after their pets. I guess there is always an "ugly" person at the partu you can't please. Did you keep you trash outside by your door? maybe this is what you smell. cheers to the staff that has always helped me! :)
