We have hated living here. The management is not helpful at all. We have had loud screaming people live above us. We have had to call the police many times on them. The kids jump alot at night above my daughters room and she had many of bad sleep nights. The lady vacuums all the time. You can here everything that goes on above you. I have complained to management about this and they said they would talk to them or they were going to move them as soon as a bottom floor came available or they would say their lease is up soon. Well there still there and our lease will be up in 2 months and I bet they will still be there. They Lied!!! Also we are having bad mold problems on our windows. If you have allergies watch out. I do and I can tell it's bothering me.You can see water on the windows they are cheap,bad insulation. I had to move my sons clothes out of his closet because his room is so cold and made his clothes cold. His clothes are in our room and he sleeps in the livingroom now. You can hear the highway from the back rooms because the apartments are so close to the highway. You think they would have put windows that would have quiet the outside as close to the highway as they are. During the summer if you have a family watch out the party singles control it and if you would have seen some things I saw you would not to swim there.They don't follow the rules. We only swam twice. I complained but again nothing was done. So as you can see I do not recommend these apartments and we are counting the days that are lease will be up.

There's always someone negative about this wonderful aptartment community i live in. I've been here for 3 years and the original and current staff are excellent! So are my neighbors by the way. If you didn't like noise of teh highway. why did you sign a lease in teh 1st place here? Rember, this is a "communal" apartment complex, 5 years old with all energy efficent standards. however, it's not a luxury resort with private single family homes

You must be a staff member. You are full of crap! These apartments are not energy efficient. I paid less in the house I had. If they were I would not have water condensation on my windows and black mold growing around them. And the rooms are cold. Do not judge until you live where I am at and have gone through what I am.
