We moved into our first apartment at Walden Ridge in June and were shocked that the apartment was not in move in condition. They knew we were moving on a certain day and from out of state. Carpets were still wet, painting was never done, and there were cobwebs everywhere. That's not the bad part. We transferred 4 months later to a smaller apartment and the condition of the carpet was disgusting. Carpet was stained, some corners had the carpet curling. Management came through and told us that they were sealing the carpet and that's why it looked the way it did. Something tells me that wasn't the case. 4 months later as I write this, we have water damage to the walls and carpet, and an ant problem. And what makes me laugh is that they have an exterminator that comes out only on Tuesdays! So if I find a million ants around the house on Wednesday I have to live with them for a week before something gets done.

Maintenance never responds to calls and management doesn't seem to care.

Extremely disappointed in the service. When you tour the place they make it seem like they care about your happiness and their appearance. Once you're locked into a lease, you're shown the real side.

Would never recommend to anyone.
