We have been staying here with two kids for about 5 months. We are moving out soon to a new house. The experience was fine. The apartment was nice, clean and just enough room for us. The pool was great. Kids were able to swim, it was never too crowded, and the area was clean.

One suggestion would be to pay more attention to the playground. Just a little work on that would make it much more usable.

There is back door access point to Wal-Mart which is incredibly useful. There is also a Starbucks in the attached storefront which makes for a nice morning walk.

I would recommend this to friends.
