I can not believe some of the comments I have read on this site. I think had I done so in advance, I would not have moved here and would have missed out on a great community. Friendly neighbors, quiet, clean and a great office staff. This place is top notch. The only thing negative I notice is that some resident do not pick up after their dogs. I consider that more of a quality of people issue than one directly related to the complex.
