OK, I've lived here for four and a half years, almost as long as the place has been open, and we're still happy. We did have to move into a different apartment in the beginning but that's because the woman below us was crazy and complained all of the time when all we were doing was walking in our apt. When the management changed a little while back, some things changed that we didn't like but nothing that's really affected our lives. I think they are a little more lax in who they allow to live here and so the socio-economic level of people has gone down since the new management. However, we have no bad stories other than some college kids that were arguing outside of our door one night but where does that not happen' The apartments are very nice and the school district is good. There are a lot of kids that live here and that wasn't the case in the beginning but if you've got kids, it's perfect. All kinds of stores located right next to you; Starbucks, Zaxby's, Wal-Mart, etc.
