I have lived at Walden Ridge Apartment Homes in Kennesaw, GA for about 4 years now. Out of all of the apartmens I have lived at this one is by far my favorite. The grounds are very well kept, their maintenence crew is always on top of everything. The day you call in something that is wrong they are there to fix your problem right away! The office staff is WONDERFUL I have never delt with such respectful people. They are always making sure my apartment is great and always so polite. Since I have lived at Walden Ridge I have only experienced the gate not working a few times. When something is wrong with it they have someone out right away to fix it or I have seen the office staff out there themselves fixing this problem. Regarding the last comment the pool is ALWAYS clean. The only time I have noticed the pool a little messy is when the leaves were falling or right after a storm which is understandable. Yea, of course when you dont pay your rent on time you are going to get hit with a late fee thats life deal with it, it is going to happen any where you go. As far as the breakins go, this was last summer and my apartment was one of them. They investigated this problem and it was happening all throughout Kennesaw, not just here. Tons of communities were hit with this issue. They caught the kids that were doing this and we have not had a problem since! The office staff throws all kinds of resident activities that are a blast! I have never felt so at home. I would recomend Walden Ridge to anybody. Very Safe community!

You've lived in an apartment for 4 years!! That's crazy!!! Can you and your family not move in a house? I think you need to get another husband.

In response to the last comment. I think that's silly to assume that just bc you live in an apartment for four years that it means your husband can't provide or afford a house. I have many friends that live here that make a ridiculous amount of money and they live here for years and years for the fact that they don't have to worry about maintaining a yard or anything that could break in a house. They aren't bound by a mortgage and they love having friends all around them. Their husbands definitely provide for them. Even if they didn't have a ton of money maybe some ppl can't get a house for some reason. But by no means should you assume the husband is not a good husband. That was a very ignorant comment.
