Favorite Complex So far - I have lived in a good bit of apartments and this one so far has been my favorite. The complex grounds and apartments are EXTREMELY well kept. They slap fees on anything and everything
You might find yourself getting a fine for $75 for trash that isn't yours but is near your door

Apartments, and managment team is excellent!!! The greatest place to rent! Charles Town is a wonderful place to live! Very clean and well kept apartments. The management team is excellent. They work hard and are very helpful. This is definitely one of the nicest apartments in Kennesaw.

BEWARE OF RACIST STAFF!!! The staff is very racist and cold. Beware of bogus charges upon moving out. If you're a minority you may be paying more rent; or denied availabity of a vacant unit.Maintenence is also not to be trusted.They will enter your unit unannounced with fake work
