My apartment is not exactly beautiful, but is comfortable and conveniently located. The management is the main problem here--good luck getting repairs done or complaints taken care of. Cheaper rent than most of Kingsland, safe neighborhood. Also parking spaces are not assigned so if you have a jerky neighbor (or three), good luck with finding a space. Walls are not thin, but if you have a loud neighbor, don't expect back-up on trying to correct the noise problem.
