I have had nothing bu problems at Camden Way. This is my first apartment and it has been the WORST experience of my life! I have had nothing but complaints and the take forever to the work they say will be done. When you have a problem in the apartment they come out and "fix" it, instead of replacing it. I have been here for close to 9 months and every month I have had to complain about an appliance and they refuse to replace it. The park lot is a mess. There are never enough parking spots and their should be reserved spots closer to the building for the apartments in the back. The grass doesnt grow in most spots because the gutters we over flowing with misc. In the winter you have to open the cupboards so you dont freeze your pipes, the pipes should be insulated. An OUTRAGOUS deposit is required for such small and indecent apartments.

LOL! I KNOW, right? I agree with everything you say. I put the previous complaint on here and (mysteriously) a review saying Camden Way was GREAT appeared. The only reason I still live here is that it's close to my job and the neighborhood is better than in other apartment complexes.
