I live in a 1st floor apartment. I never heard the guy who lives above me. A few times maybe here and there, if he has company, but overall it is great. They have had some management changes in the past, but since they got rid of that older lady, the new manager has been doing great. The maintenance staff really keeps on top of any problem that I ever have to call in about. There have been a few things I don't like with so many people just hanging out in the hallways of the building and just walking around the complex, but I have also seen more police patrolling lately. Great Job--Keep up the good work.
