I am a single mother and chose Sunridge thinking this would be a great place for me and my kids. Well, after only 3 months here I am so ready to leave. These apartments are not worth what you pay. I was placed on a third floor apartment and yes, I should have refused but I really didn't think it was that big of a deal until... the man below moved in. The floors squeak when you walk across them no matter how lightly you walk, well this is a constant "noise complaint" on my behalf because he can hear it. Well, I was told my the management to "tip toe" when we walk. Yeah, Well I have 2 children and they expect us to Tip toe when we walk and I pay 765 a month! don't think so... also, I have a small yorkie weighing less than 5lbs, this is an extra $15 a month "PET RENT". It's ridiculous. The apartments are 95% korean population. The speed bumps are so high that they have ruined the undercarriage on my car although I come to an almost complete stop to go over them. There is only one trash dumpster that is at the beginning of the complex so therefore I have to carry trash down to flights of stairs then walk a mile from my apartment to the dumpster or put smelly trash in my suv. The office staff are rude, and always have an attitude with everyone, but the koreans... I highly recommend looking else where for an apartment. You have no privacy and the office staff and management constantly hound you about everything. For the price you pay it's not worth the hassle of this place. Im moving out! breaking the lease with a months rent termination fee. They get you though by making you wait 60 days after you turn in a notice, you cant just pay your fees and leave, they are going to get you at least 2 more months.
