Do your research before moving into this place! We weren't even allowed to see our apartment before moving in. Once we did, there were bright and dark spots all over the carpet in every single room of the apt! I'm not talking about little stains, either. It was embarrassing!! Upon moving in, we contacted management that same day to do the walk through and told them we'd like new carpet, because you could obviously tell it needs replacing, badly! They said they weren't able to do that for us. And we just moved out (Thank God), and now they're not giving us the deposit we gave them with our hard earned money because the carpet needs to be cleaned! That should be routine care! That's like charging us because the walls have to be repainted. You know everytime someone moves out, they're gonna repaint them anyway! What a RIP OFF. That disgusting carpet needs to be REPLACED, there isn't any cleaning that you can do to those stains! I've talked to other residents who complain about theirs as well!

Whispering Pines spends money on things that get them renters, then once you move in, it's all downhill from there. They need to take some of that money they spend on the landscaping and spend it on updates for the apartments. Oh yeah, and the maitinence guys hang around with the teenagers. Grown men should not socialize with teenagers, in my opinion. I definitely do not recommend this apartment to anyone. Go up to the road to SunRidge!

Oh, and if you live downstairs and you think you're gonna get some peace and quiet...Think again! You can hear everythingggggg your upstairs neighbors do. I can understand some noise, but that was just poor. They need to stop updating for cosmetic purposes and update the REAL stuff that people NEED in a good apartment.

There were also break-ins while we were living there, one in the building right beside us! Whispering Pines never even told any of the residents. A memo would've been nice. Something like, "Hey, as you have heard, someone broke in to such and such,but don't worry, we have it under control and blah blah is being investigated." I found out from my mom who was worried about my safety! Didn't feel safe at this location at all after that. Be careful!
