This has been the worst Apartment experience of my Life. I am with a company that has me traveling with a team of 7. We have been all over the US as well as Two Countries and everyone is in agreement, this has been the worst apartment experience ever. As the Team Lead, I receive all of the complaints and I have to deal with the apartment Manager, whenever she can be found, or return you phone call. Let me tell you about the multiple complaints that my team and I have had. 1) My apartment didn't have air conditioning for 1 mth, (30 days) and the garbage disposal didn't work for 3mths (90 days). 2) A team memeber also had issues with their air for 1 mth and they had a clogged toilet that had been that way since he arrived at the complex. 3) A third team member could not get her air to work for 2mths and their was mold growing out of the vents in her apartment due to a leak with her central air. There is also an infestation of Spiders that has yet to be resolved. The situation would not have been as bad if the Management of the apartments would have taken the time to respond to the issues in a timely manner. Eventually the issues were taken care of, but only after a threat of taking our buisinee elsewhere. They didn't want to lose the guaranteed money that our company was paying them each month. However, it is too late, we are in the process of moving into new apartments in Lagrange. Hopefully they will be better managed.
