I LOVED THE APARTMENT COMPLEX. IT'S VERY CLEAN AND NICE ON THE INSIDE . I ALSO LOVED THE RESIDENTS THERE. NOW, THE APARTMENT MANAGER...I DID NOT LIKE. SHE WAS VERY DISORGANIZED, SHE NEVER HAD AN ANSWER FOR ANYTHING. SHE ALWAYS REFERRED YOU TO THE LADY IN CHARGE (WHO HAPPENS TO BE HER FRIEND). IN MY OPINION THE NEW MANAGER ONLY LEASES TO PEOPLE SHE KNOWS AND WHO SHE IS FAMILIAR WITH. ALOT OF GREAT PEOPLE HAVE MOVED BECAUSE OF THE NEW MANAGEMENT. YOU WOULD ALWAYS BE MADE PROMISES THAT WERE NOT KEPT. THE MAINTENCE HAS CHANGED SEVERAL TIMES. THE POOL RULES WERE FOREVER CHANGING TO MEET THE MANAGER AND HER FAMILY NEEDS. THEY WERE VERY INCONSISTANT IN THE RULES FOR THE POOL. I FEEL LIKE THE APARTMENT MANAGER ONLY LEASED OUT THE LOWER PERCENT APARTMENTS TO PEOPLE SHE KNEW. THEY DO NOT HAVE A PROPER WAITING LIST FOR THE DIFFERENT PERCENT APARTMENTS. I ALSO THINK THERE ARE ALOT OF UNHAPPY RESIDENTS AND PREVIOUS RESIDENTS. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX (IF UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT)ONLY!!!!! I ALSO THINK THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX SHOULD BE PUT UNDER INVESTIGATION BY THE AMBLING COMPANY. AND I FEEL LIKE THE OWNERS SHOULD TALK TO THE RESIDENTS TO GET FEEDBACK ON HOW THEY FEEL ABOUT THE PROPERTY MANANGEMENT.

I think the new manager is doing just like the old manager did. She is renting to her friends and is catering to their wishes. She doesn' seem to care about the older renter that have been here a long time and that pays their rent on time and tries to keep the place looking nice. It seems as though she just wants the older renters to leave so she can get her friends into the complex. She doesn't have regular meetings to discuss our problems within the complex. I love living her, it is close to everything like , Walmart, Kroger, Dr's offices etc. It seems as though the New Renters are not being screened as closely as they should be, we have a lot more vandalazing going on now than before and you see the Police here more than ever before. All things considered Valley Ridge is a good place to live, just needs better management, someone that would be fair to All, not just a chosen few !!! That's the way I see it and I am Not Peter Mallory!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
