I have lived here for 3 years now and have been a witness to some of the issues noted in the other reviews on here. However, we recently got a new manager and maintenance person. They are 100% better than any manager we have had here before. They make sure your work orders get fixed, questions get answered and concerns get addressed. I would strongly recommend this place now, the community is beautiful and it is no longer mis-managed.
