I lived there for 4 or 5 years. The last two years were the worst. Our apartment was broken into, cars broken into and vandalized twice. Management did absolutely nothing. I even called and spoke to the answering service one time to inform them someones car had been broken into. Basically their response was, "their was nothing they could do". I never saw a memo warning residents about the break-ins, and their were several. Please choose somewhere else to live.

It seems like you should call the police if you had a break in. What did want the office or emergency service to do? Call the police to file a report for you? I reported a suspicious guy near my car late one night and the answer lady sent a courtesy office out and he made a report with me. I have never had a break in. If what you said is true, why would you live somewhere 5 years if you were unsafe? I have the alarm system and a dog, and I have heard of cars being samashed in, but no one seemed to be putting the blame on the neighborhood. The whole pleasant Hill area has the kind of activivity.

I DIDN'T AND DON'T HAVE A REASON TO LIE. I DON'T HAVE TO GIVE AN ACCOUNT FOR EVERYTHING I DID. FOR THE RECORD, I DID CALL THE POLICE AND FILED REPORTS. YOU DON'T WHAT MY SITUATION WAS AT THE TIME. THIS SITE IS FOR GIVING REVIEWS ON APARTMENTS AND NOT TO HAVE REVIEWS CRITIQUED. EVERYONE'S EXPERIENCE IS DIFFERENT SUNSHINY.
