When I moved here in 2004 it was a nice quiet place and kept up pretty good. The place has gone to the dogs. Poor response regarding maintenance request. I have seen two drug bust since I have been here. Cars are constantly being broken into, or in my neighbors case, stolen. The grounds are full of trash and the dumpster is always run over with trash and furniture. One dumpster being shared by two complexes, along with outsiders is awful. Outsiders dump their garbage here nightly. Simple solution is to gate the place. The office personnel are often rude and get maintenance request mixed up. The maintenance supervisor, who lives on the property, is at his apt most of the day, while he should be working. Gun shots are often heard. Don't move here. You will certainly be sorry and in my case, waiting for your lease to be up. I certainly had not planned to live in the ghetto but there is definately what this place has become. SAD

I have been here since 2002 and I have never seen a drug bust or heard gun shots EVER. The dumpster and trash does get crazy, especially on the weekend and holidays, but I have always had a good response from the office.
