i lived in the apartment for a year and found out there are too much of noise and also the buildings are weak.also your moving of the apartment complex means you will need to forfeit your deposit and also possibly pay extra by FORCE to the managenament

GAA lease clearly states and requires anyone involved in early termination of a contract to forfeit original security deposit and pay a termination fee.

sounds like you need to read your lease before you move out early! It happened to me and it will ruin your rental history if you do not buy out of your contract.
