Lots of issues here at 3400. The workers here flooded my apartment on at least three occasions. The guy they sent out to do the repairs on one occasion tried to "borrow" some of my books. Once I came home and found that someone had been surfing porn on my computer. They have had a few drug busts, break ins, an attempted kidnapping. Two years ago someone tried to rob an off duty officer at Water Vistas, the property that shares the driveway in, and the officer had to shoot him. Can't wait until my lease is up!
