Letsee, Apartment smelled like animal excrement when we moved in (they showed us a different model and moved us at the last moment. The paint was chipping, never was fixed. Air/heat broke- fan was fixed not fully done. One bedroom needed a shade. Patio screens are falling out. In attempt to make the outside look nicer some maintenance man painted a window. Fleas and Cockroaches a plenty also wierd little bugs I have never seen before. You hear gunshots and fights ALL the time. Bubbles in the kitchen floor. The dishwasher was a piece of junk and instead of replacing or fixing it they put new wheels on the shelves. I can't take a bath because it makes it rain in the downstairs bathroom and the "fix" was, "well, don't take a bath. The back porch smells so bad of pee and poop (ya you can see some petrified samples under the astroturf) that you can't go out there. One of the maintenance men has 9 cats that keep mating so there are cats everywhere. The weatherstripping around the door fell off. To give maintenance some credit (they are nice people the staff is very nice) they do show up and try to fix it, they just don't know what they're doing.... Oh and my ceiling caved in, the only fix is a screw every square foot with "popcorn" over it. If they fix the place it might actually get better because like I said the staff is nice. Just the tenants are ghetto and the place is falling apart.

I lived in that s**thole for two years, 2004 to 2006, and it was horrible! My car was keyed and one side of my car looked like some inbred ethnic beat it with a baseball bat. It was like living in the ghetto and barrio all at once. It's horrible there.

wanna hear something funny? i knew a girl who never complained and got 2 kittens from the stray cat. her apt stank like the cats pee. probably hard to get out when she moved. she complained about the stuff she created. it was funny. no one knew what to do.
