No Pet Deposit Required!!!!

The office staff is clueless and does not enforce the rules. So many residents here have pets and have not paid their pet deposits. There?s an older lady with multiple pets (cats and dogs) and the rules obviously do not apply to her, of course. Her dogs poop everywhere and she does not pick up their stools, along with many others.
Just remember that the leasing agents receive a commission for leasing apartments and they will say and do anything to get your signature.
Many staff members have left and/or have been replaced, but not soon enough. The Corporate Office receives many complaints.
If you plan to use the pool with your children during the warmer months, get used to seeing men with nipple rings and tatooes, and lots of beer drinking. These apartments are more like a college dorm, not a family oriented atmosphere.
If you still want to live here inspite of all the negative complaints listed here, do not choose an apartment facing the afternoon sun. It doesn?t matter if you are on the first or third floor, you will not be able to cool the apartment in the summer, and some people just leave in the afternoons b/c it is too hot to stay inside their apartments. At night, the inside temps stay in the 80?s. If you can sleep in 80 degree temps, go ahead and sign that lease.
These apartments are poorly constructed and the noise complaints listed previously are true. You can absolutely hear everything, and do not forget your neighbors can also hear you. Make sure to have someone go to the unit above you to flush the toilet so you can see how the plumbing will rattle the walls - you will jump out of bed at night the first time you hear the flushing toilet above you. If you choose the bedroom next to the stairs, you will hear people coming/going all night long. This place has been a complete nightmare for me. Oh yes, calling the police on your neighbors is not exactly the proper thing to do b/c this place is so poorly constructed. The police do come, pound on the door, and awaken the entire building in the process.
This place should be condemned - or not advertised as "Luxury" apartments. They should lower the rent and be honest about the problems here. That way, people moving in and living here will be aware of what to expect, and only those individuals who want to live in this type of environment will move in and stay. HONESTY is the answer here management.
Drugs are a problem here. Oh, and the Section 8 housing next door has been the scene of shootings - and I mean guns fired at Sugarloaf buildings. Check police reports for confirmation.
Yes, first impressions give the appearance of a luxury apartment complex, but once you move in you will realize that these are not luxury apartments at all.
Don?t be mislead by the few positive comments listed here, which are obviously from staff members trying to save their jobs and raise the overal rating.
