Not terrible, definitely not great

I moved out of here a few days ago so I figured I'd write a review. The first thing that comes to mind is the fact that you can hear everything, I mean everything, in the apartments around you and what's going on outside even conversations. I'm not really sure what they constructed the units out of but I know they cut more than a few costs. I was thankful nobody lived above us for about four months but once a "family" moved in for our last month, it was hell. It sounded like they were playing football or basketball the entire time they were home and they weren't exactly the athletic type. There's a reason I had two fans going at full blast at all times and that still didn't drown it all out. Oh yeah, make sure you put your roommate in the room next to the stairs if you want a chance of sleeping all night, because guess what, you can hear loud and clear every time someone goes up and down the stairs.
Our building seemed to have relatively normal, quiet people living in it so I can't imagine what it was like with some of the characters I saw when driving through the complex. The pool area was nice but I wish they hadn't put that big brick thing in the middle and left more areas to swim. The clubhouse was awesome and no doubt a ploy to show the "luxuriousness" of the complex to potential renters (got us).
