I moved out of Sugarloaf apartments less than a year ago. I am now reviewing apartments since my lease agreement will expire at my current apartment this summer.
My current apartment seems to be better quality on noise in my opinion. I can still hear foot steps above me like Sugarloaf, but I could hear telephone rings and conversations through walls at Sugarloaf.
I can now walk on the grass without worrying as much about dog poop as well.
I can also park near my apartment building when I get home from work now since the buildings aren't packed together as closely.
The security gate rarely gets broken at my current complex. It was constantly broken at Sugarloaf.
Those are a few of my bad memories, but maybe they have fixed them in the last year.
