Not Horrible, Not Great

This complex definitely has its problems. Yes it can be difficult to find a parking space near your apartment, but there will *always* be a space within 5 minutes walking distance. Yes, you can here anyone walking in the stairwells, the walls are very thin. So you'll know when the UPS truck makes its 9am route. Yes, many people do not pick up after their dogs. The breakfast in the morning consists of some cans of juice, poptarts, vending machine style muffins and bagels, some cereal. There's also a sign that says to take only one item. Lots of little kids live here. Maintenance is generally *very* responsive and the staff do make an effort to be helpful. There are a good deal of activities planned that are worthwhile and fun. I've never felt unsafe in the complex, though I do with parents would keep a better eye on their young children. One of my biggest disappointments has been how they cut back from 2 days of trash pickup to only one. If you can stand a good bit of noise and can live without the guarantee of a nearby parking spot then it's an excellent value.
