This place sucks. I have a drug dealer living beneath me who has constant traffic coming in and out of the apt, cars have been vandalized, the clubhouse business center had been burgularized twice, the security gates are ALWAYS broken, and it is noisy all of the time. Don't move here. It's just a pricey ghetto. Not to mention that my roof has leaked profusely for the two years i have lived here and NO ONE has fixed it despite my calls.

I don't live here, but I just wanted to make one comment about the security gates. The reason most apartment complex are broken (gates) is because people like to try nand fly in behhind another car that HAS access, and end up not only ------- their OWN car up but also messing up the gates. I see this everyday in this hell complex I live in.

I do agree about the gates and people trying to come in after someone. On the other hand, check out The Reserve at Sugarloaf.. I lived there for 2 years and when the gate was not working, it was up back up and operating the same day or the next. Only once or twice did it stay down for more than a day, but that is because of the weather. Apartments can manage the gates fairly easily, all dependent on them actually 'managing' the community. You would think with the amount of rent paid they would take pride in keeping their place of business fully operational and maintain high standards.
