I've lived here 9mos and in the past 2 there have been at least 6 cars broken into. I'm a GA-PCOM student and its a great location for getting to school, but if you come home after 7 at night, you are NOT getting a parking spot anywhere near your apartment. The Tanglewood complex right next store is section 8 housing making it very unsafe. The gates are frequently broken as well. Also if you have somewhere to be Friday evening you have to leave at least an hour earlier do to the traffic on Sugarloaf from Gwinnett Center Arena! It is a gorgeous apartment though and I love that it came with a washer and dryer (I never did end up using their free washing or their complimentary breakfast)
