One of the catches noone thinks about until AFTER you move in. There's a no satellite policy outside the balcony. The only cable available is AWFUL, no HD, no TIVO, s l o w internet!

Place looks/sounds classy from the outside, but it's low tech.

If you go look, take a notice at all the entrance facing satellite dishes strapped to the balcony bannisters...
