I lived at 5375 Sugarloaf for less than a year. My building was full of noisy dogs. I was surprised at how dirty the common areas are. I never saw or heard a leaf blower. Therefore, there were always cigarette butts, leaves, and piles of dog poop laying around to step in. My master bathroom had a chronic leak over the toilet which, after numerous attempts by maintenance to repair, migrated over the tub. Therefore, I had to deal with nasty water coming down from above, as well as the ceiling falling on my head. What a mess. Police were always showing up at my next door neighbors' door, which was scary. I also lived there during a time that there was a murder at the neighboring apt complex (Tanglewood). My apt came with little bugs in the kitchen area that I never was able to completely exterminate. Maintenance would just bandaid whatever was needed...never completely resolved it. This place was recommended to me by the Reserve at Sugarloaf because they were full. Based on their recommendation, if given a choice, I would not live in either place.
