if you love insects all over your aparment, stinky apartments and buildings, smell of burning wires, no water, water leaks, spider webs, management just to act like they are really are in love with there residents, bottom line residents here pay rent but have no worth, live here if you love trash.

The pest control company is on-site weekly; possibly this resident does not have good housekeeping abilities!

Wow, this person must be living in a different complex? We have never had problems with insects of any kind...actually no water issues or "burning wire" smells either. These apartments are a lot nicer than most, Buddy. Move in next door to Tanglewood or some cheap apartment off of 120...THEN complain.

I agree. In certain apartment units here are ROACH infestations - Building 5 to be exact! It is an issue when you are moved in and management just moved someone for the EXACT same issue and your items are at risk. Before you judge an individual no the facts at anytime this could be you. If you are not careful it will be you. The roaches are not limited to one area but are dropping from the ceilings, in bedrooms were no food is present,and everywhere. The issue intermingles with you peace why should you pay a grand for an apartment that is below par in its ability to evacuate roaches. The apartment itself is gorgeous but who can enjoy it at this rate?
