It's an Apartment!

I lived in these apartments for a year. I will say for the most part I enjoyed my time here. I have a small dog and during the day felt safe walking her. At night I was a little uneasy due to the apartment complex right next door. The complex next door is awful.
The apartment was small but everything was nice and up to date. Closet was huge! They offer amenities such as curb side trash pick up on specific days and my apartment contained a washer and dryer so I didn't have to purchase one. I did have ants but the maintenance staff came right out and took care of the problem. I experienced some spider issues but not much you can do about that. You can hear your neighbors from time to time. It's an apartment! Parking was good. The lot contains good lighting. I personally lived in building #2. Location is convenient to the interstate. Grocery store and mall near by. My utility bills were very low. I lived in a bottom level unit so it was well insulated. I uploaded some pic's of my apartment for review.
The only negative things I would say is
1.) entrance and exit gates are often broken
2.) The neighboring complex is really scary.
3.) The trash compactor often has an awful odor and is full.
4.) Watch out because people drive very fast and recklessly in the complex.
5.) I had spider issues.
