I have lived here since 2007. I absolutely love the complex! The office staff is friendly and professional. The maintenance team is readily available to fix whatever problem arises. The complex is beautiful. The grounds are kept well. Someone mentioned bugs on the site - What bugs. I have never ever had a problem with bugs and thank God we have NO ROACHES!!! HOLLA!!!!! What home may not get a spider or two, pleaseeeee....Pest Control is a phone call away. Thank God, I rarely used them, only during certain seasons. The interior of the apartments are home-style quality. Laundry service, continential breakfast are just a few nice perks. Problems may arise around holiday time such as crime, but that is anywhere you live here in Georgia. Don't get it twisted. Once management finds out there is a problem, they are on top of it. I highly recommend this complex. You won't be disappointed. From a very happy tenant.
