I have to say I moved here in the summer of 2008 and it was okay. I didn't know anything about the apartment complex next door. I live in a building where my apartment faces their basketball court and complex. They are loud at night, very inconsiderate, and always jumping the fences to get over here. You would think an apartment complex like that would not be on Sugarloaf. Now I am having an issue with smells that are coming from the apartment below me...maybe its the insulation or something. The parking in my building is absolutely HORRIBLE!!!! I am seriously thinking about moving to a complex I saw also visited in Suwannee along with this one. I do like the staff, I love the setup of the apartment, and the location is just 1.5 miles from my job. However I am not happy here right now, so I am looking into possibly moving this summer.

I was in 12. Now I am a few buildings over. Its much better now... I think it was the location of that building that made those things bad in my opinion. I am much happier in the building where I am now. The noise is not bad at all(other than the kids on my floor, but I guess I have to look past that). Parking is WONDERFUL. The staff is still wonderful as well. I am so happy that their is a guard that rides around in the evenings now which is better because of the people in the neighboring complex attempts to cross over into our complex. They offer several activities for the residents here as well as discounts at certain businesses within the neighborhood. I have to say I have read some of the other responses in here and it truly depends on which building you are in. I love my apartment as well as any guests I have because they are truly unique.
