The worst customer service

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
They never stand behind their word. The customer service sucks.... They hire people that are poorly skilled. They are not people oriented in the office. They do not care about their tenants and they do not keep the breeze ways clean. I have been waiting for grass that was promised over a year ago....Run Fast!!!!
