I have lived here for nearly 2 years now, and yes, there were problems here. The former staff was not helpful, promises were not kept, and the property looked like ghetto, and you were lucky to get any service at all. However, that is completely different now. As a matter of fact, this is the best service I have ever had at an apartment. So before, I would've agreed with "run away", but now I'd say you'd be hard pressed to find this great of service anywhere else.
