I have been living here for a little over a month now. So far my experience has been good living here. This place is so much better than where i lived previously. I am a single female, and I feel secure here. The office staff (Kelly and Jen) have always been nice and willing to help with whatever problem we need to have fixed. They are always professional. The pool and grounds are well kept and very clean. Parking here isn't a problem, just don't expect to get a space right in front of your door if you come home late at night. But you can get one a few spaces down. Maintenance has been good, polite and helpful. When the maintenance guys see me around the property they are always polite. One guy even helped me to my car on a rainy morning when i didn't have an umbrella. My apartment is goregous and I look forward to comming home in the evenings. I have never had an issue with noise, it seems to stay pretty quiet around here. However, i live on the first floor and can hear it when my upstairs neighbors flush thier toilets, or drain the bathtub which seems a little odd to me. the trash area is also clean and well maintained. Mailboxes are secure and don't appear to be tampered with as I have seen in some other complexes. The parking lots are well lit and clean. I feel safe walking around the property alone or using the fitness center at night. For those of you looking for an apartment in lawrenceville I definetly recomend this complex.
