Hi,
I am writing to inform you that if you decide to live in Summit Sweetwater, it will not take you more than a week to realize you will want to move. I seriously think this complex works with section 8 housing just to get rent money. I have lived there over a 1 year and 1/2. This complex has dropped in quality over the time I have lived here, from possible car jackings at the mailbox, to people being arrested for peeping Tom's. You may think well it is a gated community.LOL! let me tell you right now 98% the time the gates are open because cars have busted the gate doors driving through and every time they fix the gates they are borke again the next. Trust me.. You do not know me, but take it from someone who has and is living here..( just a little longer thank God).. really think before you move in here, if you ignore my warning you will have nobody to blame but YOURSELF!
