I have lived in this complex since Sept. 99 when it was owned by a dif. prop. grp. Since becoming a Summit prop the quality has dropped drastically. The gate is always broken. The office staff changes every 3 months. There are no planned activities and the staff is not pleasant. The office closes early and opens late. You never know what to expect. Luckily, my rent has been pretty consistent. But compared to other listings it is way overpriced. They are poor when it comes to pets. The bldg. I live in has several pet owners who do not use designated pet areas, so be careful where you walk! I complained to mgt. with nothing more than a notice in the door. Nothing has changed and there has been no follow-up. There isn?t a tennis court and the pool is always full of kids. There is no playground area so the kids play in the streets. There is no separate entrance for guests, so they just follow you in. There have been several car accidents on the property itself b/c the streets weren?t well constructed. There are no yield or stop signs inside the property so you are basically driving at your own risk! I travel with my company so I didn?t want to take the time out to move but I am finally fed up and will be leaving soon. Oh, did I mention the parking! It?s horrible. I don?t know the initial criteria for planning spaces, but if you get home after 8pm on any night be prepared to park a bldg. or so down from where you live. This is definitely not a child friendly apt.
