My husband and i transfered up here from orlando, florida form another camden community in which we loved. From the time we signed transfer papers we have hd nothing but problems. The manager here is a complete moron. And they cant seem to hire and one smart enough to run the complex. The only people that are cool here are the maintenence staff. I have had to call on numerous occasions to the office for different things. My dryer recently broke and to the manager it wasnt a priority to get someone out here to fix it. It has been non-stop problems since then. Now we just recently got comcast and on top of all the fees you pay with your rent you now tack on an additional $40 for basic cable. Thats so lame. I am glad my lease is up in 1 month i cant wait to leave.

I recently moved into the community and I love it. I am sorry that you have experiences such disappointments. The staff has been really helpful for the most part. They only have a few maintenance people and sometimes they fall behind,unfortunately. The $40 for cable in GA is a good deal, I don't know if you are a cable user or not but that's a $20 /month savings and no connection fees. The price is fair for the amenities and the age of property. You can get a lot less in the area for a lot more. Its by far one of the better communities in the neighborhood. If you want more you will have to pay a lot more...Try moving further NORTH. I am an Atlanta native and I know what's to offer. The motto is, "you have to pay for what you want."
